Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the jojo online store at www.jokereven.cc (the "Store"). The Store sells desk organizers and related home-office accessories that are manufactured and shipped from China. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors, finishes, and measurements can vary slightly from photos because items are made and packed in China. If a listing and these Terms conflict, the listing's specific details apply to that item.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot ship to your address. You will receive an email when an order is confirmed.

3. Prices, payment, and import charges

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and exclude shipping unless stated. Taxes or duties may be collected at checkout or by customs when the parcel enters your country. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees that are not collected at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders ship from China. Delivery times on the site are estimates and can change because of carriers or customs. Please see our Shipping Policy for current methods. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package, except where applicable law says otherwise.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy, including the stated return window. Contact us before sending an item back.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Store, interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful. Text, photos, and branding on the Store belong to jojo or its licensors.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, jojo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
